Rates & Charges:

All rates include STC charges and do not include parking, express lane tolls, or mandatory airport/seaport/government fees. Gratuity is not included and must be provided directly to the driver.

Airport parking fees:

$5 (FLL/PBI)

$10 (Orlando)

Or the actual rate charged by the airport (whichever is higher)

Payment Policy:
All reservations require a valid credit card on file unless prepaid in full at the time of booking.

Any remaining charges will be applied to your card upon trip completion.

All specialty vehicles (van, sedan, SUV, hourly services) require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Holiday Fees:

A holiday surcharge according to vehicle type applies on select holidays. Please call us at (407) 749-8977 to confirm availability and fees.

Vehicle Rules:

No eating or drinking in vehicles.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 cleaning fee will apply for violations.

Clients are responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their group.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Orlando Shuttle Cruise is not responsible for injuries from standing or improperly seated passengers.

Child Safety Seats & Pets:

Child safety seats are available for $20 per seat upon request.

Clients are responsible for proper installation (drivers may assist but cannot install).

Pets are welcome for an additional $25 fee.

Pick-Up Policy:

Curbside pick-up is only allowed at designated areas determined by airports or seaports. Orlando Shuttle Cruise will always make every legal effort to provide quick and convenient service.

Privacy Policy

We do not share client information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will never be shared.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies:

Reservations are confirmed only when a valid credit card is on file or the trip is prepaid in full and acknowledged by our team via email: [email protected].

Cancellations less than 12 hours before pick-up: $50 fee (sedan/SUV) or $100 (specialty vehicles).

Cancellations less than 6 hours before pick-up: full fare will be charged.

Hourly services require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior will incur an additional one-hour charge at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

No cancellation fee will apply for cancelled flights unless the driver is already en route or on location.

Note: Orlando Shuttle Cruise is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable traffic, road blockages, vehicle issues, or unsafe weather conditions.

Wait Time & Additional Stops:

Non-airport/seaport: Charges start 20 minutes after scheduled pick-up until departure.

Airport/Seaport:

1 hour free wait for domestic flights

1.5 hours free wait for international flights

30 minutes free wait for cruise arrivals

Additional stops of 20 minutes or more: $30 per stop plus wait charges.

Trips exceeding 2 hours from pick-up/arrival to drop-off automatically convert to hourly service rates.

We monitor flight arrivals to minimize wait time fees. However, delays due to customs, lost luggage, or cruise ship processing are the client’s responsibility.
